@Redundantserverstate value = 3

I try to start an old WinCC V7.0 SP2 application on an old computer.

The @Redundantserverstate value stay at 3 (error).

Of course the redundant partner is not available, but the tag should be at 1 (master), isn't it?

Where can be the problem and how to solve it?

I can read an error in the PMDiagnose log (attached).

I also not have my alarms, even if the service is activated and the database created.

I have the copy of this project on another computer where alarms and redundantserverstate are ok.
