Simatic Logon: Install wizard interrupted

hello everyone,

i have a problme when i try to install simatic logon on my computer windows 10 .the message is the

wizard was interruoted before MS UPDATE could be completely installed .if anayone from you were

faced this probleme  don't hesite to help me

I have a problem regarding simatic logon product because when i was installing it work good .but we 

we have a problem to logoff delay programming ,the counter was countdown but it not done logoff

and appears this message.
