Max Correction Action Issue

Hi, 

I am Baldeep Singh and i am using Siwarex WP251 with PLC S7 1200 CPU 1215C DC/DC/DC and i am having issue with the max correction action.

I know that max correction action is the( percentage x Target Weight) and it will correct the next trailing weight to get close to the Target Weight.

My configuration is

Target Weight = 250 KG

Tolerance =  (+ -)500g 

Fine Weight is 35KG

Trailing weight = 5KG

Proportional controller activated.

But i keep getting Over 250 kg and the max correction action seems to be not working.

I want to know whether there is another parameter i need to set and is my understanding for this proportional controller is correct.

Hi,

I am getting changing current trailing weight in DR31when running dosing cycle. So that part is ok.

When i am running one cycle with target weight 250Kg and set the proportional controller to 2% (2% x250Kg) = 5.00 Kg and also set the trailing weight coarse and fine to be 5.00Kg. When i finish one batch bag, the current trailing should be below 5.00kg but sometimes i am getting 6 to 7kg.

The Proportional controller should correct the next trailing weight to be below 5kg. Right?

Hi, 

Where can i find this parameter difference setpoint and actual weight (OIML 51) in DR30. I tried looking and only find actual weight of last dosing.
