Dear reader, -Operating System: Windows 10 Enterprise N 21H1 Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.4170.0 - TIA Version : V17 update 5 - Hardware Modules numbers : 6ES7 516-3FN01-0AB0 Firmware: V 2.9.4 Yesterday I was making some changes to the HW-Config by adding 1 AI card to a RIO station, I have done this before and never encounterd the problem of crashing the program. When the crash happend the program and the HW-Config where compiled with out any errors, the crash happend after I said download to the device. The weird part about is all is that the PLC stayed in stop mode because there is no HW configerd in the controller. After some more attemts to trouble shoot I was unsuccesfull and as a last resort I made the decision to power down the PLC and then power it on again by means of cutting the power the the controller. After I had done that in some magical way the PLC booted and whent in to run. I checked if the HW-config in the program was the same as in the controller and also in some magical way the PLC had the new HW-Config with the extra AI card. I attached a zip file with multiple TIA-DIAG files and the diagnostic buffer of the PLC, in the diagnostic buffer the event is event 101. I hope i informed you all enough for now, if there are more questions I will try to awnser them in a reasonable time frame. Kind regards, Lars AttachmentTIA17_diag.zip (176 Downloads) |
