WEG CFW500 with Profinet module: unreachable

Dear friends, I have the same problem,

I can see the cfw500 in net ,   The CFW500 responds when queried from the browser

the plc tia   just says it is unreachable

I will appreciate your help

 There's no indication that the module has been assigned with IP and device name. Check from the top menu Online -> accessible devices, to see what you can find in the Profinet network. If you see your device listed with the projected IP and device name, then you have one problem less.

Have you downloaded the hardware configuration PLC by right click on the PLC (in the project tree), and select download -> Hardware configuration?

Next Monday I will try it at the factory
