CPU 15156F-3 3FP03 which TIA portal compatability?

Do you have successfull to configure these CPU on TIA PORTAL V16/V17? I have the same problem. I had changed the Card, firmware, ... but I hadn´t successfull. 

I don´t know what can I do to work with these CPu on TIA PORTAL V17.

I am using V17 and have 3FN02 within the HW Config and 3FP03 CPU as the actual one, but still unable to download the software to the CPU as am receiving the same error!

Typically, Siemens numbering which allows for using a newer model would mean the following (in your situation):

Hardware Configuration
  Offline    Online
  -3FN02     -3FN03
  -3FP02     -3FP03

You have neither of those situations.
