Desigo CC is unable to receive and acknowledge any new alarms

Hi Everyone,

Any updates in this issue, We have also experienced this Desigo CC unable to receiving any new alarms and unable to acknowledge the alarms.

We have tried to restart the server its coming but after few minutes still same issue.

Hello,

I am facing same problem in very small project (one PXC100 with BACnet router), the installed Desigo CC is V5.1 QU1. after restart the project it works normally for 1 week or less, then the problem is back. 

I am wondering if you solved this issue.
