Problem With OP27 Text List Using Protool

Vader Posts: 3 Rating: (0)	I have a bit of a problem using protool v6 sp3 (recently installed, I also have wincc flex 2008 sp1 installed before protool) I am modifying an old project and when I try to create or modify a text list, I get a blue box where the various items in the text list should appear. This seems to be specific to the older OP's as I have created a project using an OP270 and this problem does not manifest itself. A collegue of mine has opened the project on his pc and this problem is not present, all text lists show ok. The only difference between his pc and mine (relating to siemens software) is that he has wincc flex 2007 not 2008 and I have step 7 professional not standard as he does. The Body Gold Member Joined: 5/13/2008 Last visit: 12/18/2019 Posts: 836 Rating: (71)	Hi Vader, I would reinstall Protool again. If possible, contact the customer support to get the HF3 for ProTool V6.0 SP3. The deactivation of graphics acceleration is also usefull, sometimes.

Vader Posts: 3 Rating: (0)	Thanks Body, Protool was the last thing I installed, I haven't had it installed on this PC before. I will however contact tech support about the latest HF. I tried disabling hardware acceleration as well but to no avail. I will post the results of the HF application

Vader Posts: 3 Rating: (0)	Ended up uninstalling protool, running a registry clean up and re-installing. 8 hours of my life wasted. Problem now sorted though.
