Hi AJJ0407, Normally there is nothing more to do than drag and drop the license. However, it is important to run the Online Software Delivery (OSD) within the Automation License Manager (ALM). Drag and drop from a normal browser window into the ALM will not work. The 'Online Software Delivery (OSD): Getting Started' shows what it should look like (from 1:52). Kind regards |

Hi AJJ0407, You do not need to install anything other than the Automation License Manager (ALM). You may want to check that you have the latest version installed before attempting to transfer the license. The icon on the button may have changed, so I would not pay too much attention to that. Kind regards |

Had the same problem. Downloaded the newest version of Automation License Manager and now it works for me. Here are the links I used: On this website I installed the latest version and now I can transfer the license. |

I have version 6.2 Upd2 64bit and having the same issue on Server 2019. The left area will not accept drag and drop. Edit: I was able to use version 6.0 and it worked without issue.
