Hi AutoGen_2106183, Normally, this message appears when the transfer type of the panel and ALM do not match or the PG/PC interface is set incorrectly. Possible solution: - Check the PG/PC interface settings Open "Set PG/PC interface" in the Windows Control Panel Set "S7ONLINE (STEP7)" as access point In the list, select the interface that is connected to the panel (without ".Auto" at the end) - Check the settings on the panel Open "Transfer" Select the desired transfer type (in this case: Ethernet) - Set IP address if necessary Check settings in the Automation License Manager Open "Connect HMI device" ("Edit > Connect target system") - Select the suitable panel from the list Set transfer type (Ethernet in this case) and IP address After this, license transfer should be possible.
