Tiaportal crash

I have installed: - S7 V5.7 - Tiaportal V14 Update 10 - Tiaportal V15 - Tiaportal V15.1 Update 8 - Tiaportal V16 Update 6 - Tiaportal V19 Update 2 Tia administrator V3 At tthe moment i use the version V15 and V16. Initially both versions crashed when I try to go online. I solved it by removing a Windows update: https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/us/en/view/109971630 Now the tiaportal crash when i close the project or the application with this error: System.IO.FileNotFoundException: Could not load file or assembly 'S7O.CommonInterfaces, Version=901.300.105.3, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified. Can you help me?

After installing latest TIA and Windows Updates i get a error with the same 3 exceptions while closing TIA14, 15, 15.1, or 16. TIA17 and 18 are closing without any errors in the same VM (Win 10 Pro 22H2). VM is VMware Workstation Pro 17.5.2 with WMware Tools 12.4.0 installed. These are the 3 exceptions: Inner exception: System.IO.FileNotFoundException: Could not load file or assembly 'S7O.CommonInterfaces, Version=901.300.105.3, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified. Inner exception: Siemens.Automation.Basics.DlcManagerInitException: Dlc DlcMetaInfo: ServiceId='Siemens.Automation.OnlineAccess.OnlineSession' ClassName='Siemens.Automation.OnlineAccess.OnlineSessionDlc' DlcMode='SingletonGlobal', DlcVersion='1.0.0.0', InterfaceIds='Siemens.Automation.OnlineAccess.IOnlineSession;Siemens.Automation.OnlineAccess.IAddress' has thrown an exception during PreDetach. Exception: Siemens.Automation.Basics.DlcManagerException: A Dlc has thrown an exception during PreDetach or Detach. Is there meanwhile a solution? Is there maybe a tool or something to repair / reinstall / replace some missing/faulty files? I've already tried to uninstall latest Windows updates but that changed nothing. Support Request

First topic was solved by uninstalling a somewhat recent (at that time) windows update. Since then, Siemens Support provides a patch or fix that allows the windows update to remain installed and tia portal not to crash. So, realistically, both situations are resolved by submitting a request to Siemens Support via "Support Request" -> Create new request. jmfet Hello, were you able to resolve this issue? Hopefully Siemens Support offers a real solution - other than suggesting you use a currently supported version of TIA Portal. I think v15 or higher is where things are today. I may also be wrong and it's V17. jmfet The second issue, TIA Portal V14 crashes when closed.
