To perform provisioning, I went to IEHub and created an IEM instance.

On this link, it seems that Statius can be either Online or Offline.

However, the instance I created remains in Offline status and does not switch to Online.

Should I not worry about this because provisioning will change it from Offline to Online?
Although it would be quicker to just try it, I wanted to ask beforehand as I would like to avoid any complications that might arise from this issue.

If you just created the IEM instance on the IEHub but you didn't provision your IEM and uploaded the .json file of the IEM instance yet, the your IEM instance will still appear as offline in the IEHub.

Once you provisioned the IEM then it should be online in the IEHub. Nevertheless, you should make sure that all the domains are reachable by the IEMV to the IEHub:
