Are any peripherals connected to your IPC? Was there any activity before the IPC entered idle state? Did this happen during use? or was this discovered after a shutdown period?

I tried to eject all usb devices. 

It was discovered after a shutdown period. I inserted the flash drive and launched OS installer, but realized that it was the wrong flash drive (it was macOS installer, but I needed Windows installer) and turned off my PC. After PC doesn’t start.
