Hello all, I have a project for HVAC which involves 2 chillers, control valves and 3 condenser and 3 chilled water pumps each. When 2 chillers are enabled and fault free and all 3 pumps each are enabled and fault free, the following things should occur 1. When 1 chiller is on, there will be a lowest run hr check for the 3 pumps. the pumps that with the lowest running hour out of the three will turn on first. after the pump turn on signal is given to the next chiller to turn on. 2. When the second chiller turns on the next 2 pumps will have lowest run hr check and the lowest hr pump will turn on. 3. So, for 2 chillers enabled and 3 pumps enabled each, there will be 2 duty 1 stand by configuration. 4. Once the 2 pumps start running it will run for 8 hrs and then it will changeover to the standby pump. For example, if P1 was selected first, then p2 , both the pumps will run for 8 hrs and pump turned on first in this case P1 will turn off and p3 will turn on. if command is given to pump3 and it does not start then pump1 should keep running. How should i go about check for the lowest hrs first and then changover of pumps based on timer. Out of the 3 pumps any of the pumps could start first and second to form the duty and the third to be standby. How should i properly have changover based on 8 hrs shift If you all could provide your help i would be really grateful |

You truly ask for a lot. In a meantime try to search conferences here and here. "3 pumps" can be a great leitmotif. |
