I have problem with connection beetwen IE publisher and Docker engine.

IE Publisher doesnt find any addres of Docker egine. I have installed docker dekstop on windows. I dont know what kind of steps should I do. 

I tried IP from attached picture.

Did you check if you have enabled the docker engine server on the Docker Desktop App?

Go to your Docker Desktop on Windows, click on "settings" on top right:
