PG/PC interface missing or loading partly

DaHu24 Joined: 5/8/2025 Last visit: 1/7/2026 Posts: 1 Rating: (0)	Hello, we currently have the problem that the PG/PC interface does not work reliably on our virtual environment (Omnissa Horizon). Case 1: No adapters are displayed at all -> restart the "S7DOS Help Service" service -> works again Case 2: No HyperV adapters are displayed, although they appear in the "LLDP / DCP" and "PNIO Adapter" tab. Manual addition not possible. Here, too, we have restarted the service and also rerun the s7epalm64x.exe under ProgramData/siemens/automation/Simatic OAM/bin. Does anyone have any tips on which AD authorisation groups/services/etc. are required. so that the PG/PC interface runs and can read the adapters? Thank you.
