After about half of the boots of the IoT 2050, I am only recieving crc erro frames on the eno2 adapter and no good frames:

# ethtool -S eno2
rx_good_frames: 0
...
rx_crc_error_frames: 14126
...

this means that I can not recieve any packets on eno2 for some of the boots. Driver restart (modprobe -r icssg-prueth; modprobe icssg-prueth) does not fix the issue.

Only an os reboot fixes the issue

This smells like a hardware issue to me….

I have the IoT2050 Advanced with the IOT2050_RT_Example_Image_V1.3.1_PNDriver_2.3.zip

We have 4 IoT 2050 Devices, all with the same issue.

I have since found out that any connected network devices at boot seem to cause the issue, but we need to be able to reboot the device without someone unplugging all the cables.
