Modbus rs485 issue

I'm using gateway FS:09 iot2050 advance with example image 1.3.1 & 1.5.1, I has done basic setup: 1. Terminate resistor ON 2. Time 0x005 There is no response (connecting). I also try with external device (usb to rs485), using this way modbus rtu working fine. Could anyone give me advice and guide.

Have you performed a manual reboot after the changes? It is sometimes necessary on IOT Advanced. BR
