Please Help meee

I get Siemens.Simatic.Safety.Model:2.0.0.0.0(PackageContainerWithoutProduct) error while creating the file.
I cannot open the program.
What should I do

Are you using a Sirius Safety relay 3SK2112- xxxxx in your project?

If this is the case, you should install ths software (trial license):

- SIRIUS Safety ES V17 (TIA Portal)

If this not a product you use, pleae mention any equipment (from Siemens) tha would reqire its own specialized configuration software.
