We have installed “Step 7 V5.7 SP3” and “S7 F Configuration Pack V5.5 + SP1+ Upd1”. When we run the program everything opens with no errors or messages saying we missing any software/packages.

In the license manger we see that one of our floating license is also in use when we open the program (STEP 7 Professional combo). 

But not the license for the Safety Configuration Pack for this we also have a floating license (S7 Distributed safety 5.4, SIFLADSAV0504)

As soon when we want to do something safety related (see modules or program safety address) we get an error message saying the package is not found on the PC, but it has been installed?
