Hi all,

I am trying to run WebNavigator on ITC1500 V3 PRO SIMATIC HMI device. I'm using the ‘Web’ connection type to run WebNavigator.

Is it the right method? I had seen some of the Forum posts which mention that the WebNavigator can run only on Internet Explorer web browser. The ITC1500 V3 PRO has Chromium web browser. I had checked different options on the HMI and found there is no way to execute any ‘.exe’ file for WebNavigator client to be installed.

Are there other options of running WebNavigator? Is WebNavigator compatible with other browsers? Is there any way to make WebNavigator run on all browsers?

I assume you are using the ITC1500 V3 PRO as a client.

Which version of Web Navigator are you using?

The Edge browser is supported for WinCC Professional V17 and WinCC V7.5 SP2.
