A bit late to the O.T. poster, but may be useful:

Install the latest available updates to your TIA Portal installation.

If the TIA Administrator is not able to present, download, and/or install updates, I recommend downloading the latest TIA Admin v3 from this Support Site https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/document/109825038

After that, make sure to keep TIA Admin up-to-date so it keeps working for you in the future.

I find a large majority of forums posts get resolved with simply keeping their Siemens software patches/updated.

If you enable "daily" checking in TIA Updater or TIA Administrator, then wait a week before installing, you usually avoid most problems related to bug-fixes Siemens already implemented.  FYI, the reason for the ~week delay after first seeing an update is to allow other people to beta-test the updates in real-world applications and usage, feed that back to Siemens and allow them to fix their fixes (behind-the-scenes) - or at least issue a FAQ work-around for very specific problems for which you are not likely to experience.
