In the „online software delivery” i logged in with my login,  but there is a message:

Your login was succesfull, but You do not have any permissions in OSD. Reason for this could be:

- You don’t have a valid Mall-User

- You have several accounts for one email address.

What else do I have to do to download the purchased licenses?

My ALM is 6.2 +SP5

I would say that the message indicates that the account you are using is not linked to the license that was ordered. Please refer to the FAQ How do you log in to OSD after you have received a download-available e-mail?.

How to link licence with my email?

I received email from "noreply.softwaredelivery.industry@siemens.com" that my download is available, and there is that my email is “Consignee”.  And i use this email in “online software delivery”, but I still get the error described above
