We're currently experiencing an issue with a client's IOT2050 (model: 6ES7647-0BA00-0YA2, FS:04), which seems to be running the Example_Image_V1.3.1 (based on firmware version V1.02.01  though we're not 100% sure).

We sent the IOT to allow for remote updates to their machine, but it doesn't seem to connect to the VPN at all. Since it's unclear whether the issue is on the client's network side or with the IOT itself, we asked them to check the LED status to confirm that the OS is actually running.

Here’s what they reported:

• The STAT LED turns solid green briefly at startup, then turns off completely and never comes back on.
• The PWR LED stays solid green the whole time.

We checked the manual, but we couldn’t find any reference to the STAT LED being off after boot – it’s not listed as a valid state.

• STAT LED red: No bootable image found
• STAT LED blinking green: Example Image is running
• STAT LED green: state at powering on

Any help in understanding what this behavior means would be greatly appreciated.
