I need to create a synch comunication between a CPU 1507D TF (6ES7 615-7DF10-0AB0 FW3.1) and a D435-LINE (6AU1435-2AD00-0AA0 V4.3).

I'm looking the manual ID: 109800820 V1.1 where is indicated how to do it, but as boundary condition there is SIMOTION FW V5.3.1.9 or higher, I have the FW 4.3 and I can not upgrade it.

Is there a library version with SIMOTION 4.3? My system master is in to the simotion and I need to use the gear instruction into TIA Portal V19.

To use the LeadingAxisProxy_from_Simotion I need to connect as input a DX TEL_SyncOp, but the FB to create it is lock from know-how protection, I really don't know how re create that telegram config.

Please help me to understand how to do it.

with FW 4.3 this example is not possible.

You can use normal communication like in the folloeing example,

or use a TM41 for coupling via SMC30 or PosInput module.

in order to have the fastest communication I create an IRT with the I-Device, and I'm sharing the actual speed of the my “master axis” from Simotion to Tia.

I have the hardware on my desk and I test it, seem to work fine.

For sure I'm going to considerate the combination of TM41 and SMC30 for the next machine with this hardware combination (old Simotion with new Tia).
