I want to program a S7-200 PLC using Windows XP SP2 or Windows 11 based PC, please provide me the link for the software so I can try programming on my PLC. I just installed a Software from your Official portal, but its not working, as it is asking for base version. Please help me in fixing this issue asap.

 The base version can't be downloaded, you need to contact your local Siemens rep for that. Only the upgrade is available for download.

1-The S7-200 software can be installed in Windows NT, Windows 2000 or Windows XP (32 bits), Windows Vista (32 bits) and Windows 7 (32 bits and 64 bits).

2-The SIMATIC S7-200 products were declared phased-out  effective  1/10/2013 and 1/10/2014.

3-The products were available as spare parts for an additional 9 years.

4-For new applications, it is recommended to employ SIMATIC S7-1200 products with the configuration software TIA STEP 7 Basic.
