SIMOTION D – (Drive Based) control units D425 (BASIC Performance), ver: D; 6AU1 425-0AA00-0AA0;

Active Line Module: 6SL3130-7TE21-6AA3;

Single Motor Module: 6SL3120-1TE23-0AA3; motor: 1PH7107-2PG03-0BA0;

Double Motor Module: 6SL3120-2TE15-0AA3

Today there is the alarm: ERROR DRIVE: 31115, MESSAGE DRIVE: 7565 after the machine runs few seconds.

We check the manual that 31115 means: Encoder 1: Amplitude error track A/B fault (A^2 + B^2)

So we changed the Encoder cable, then changed Single Motor Module, but the problem is the same as before.

Now can we say that the motor (encoder) is defective? Or (and) how can we fix it?

Was this problem resolved?, I am facing a similar problem in my drive and encoder.
