Controller: D455-2 Drive: 6SL3210-1PE21-8UL0 Motor:1FT2210-3AB01-1MB0 When the motor start/stop is controlled via the drive control panel, there is no overshoot observed. However, when the Position command (Pos) is executed through the axis panel, speed overshoot occurs. No matter how the speed loop parameters are adjusted, the overshoot cannot be eliminated. When the Kv gain is reduced from 20 to 6, the overshoot is significantly mitigated, but the deviation between the axis command position and the actual position becomes excessively large.
