Hello experts!

I am facing some problems regarding a PROFIsafe installation; All my SIMOCODES PRO V PN are having a safety-related tripping time to time randomly (not all at same time, each one trip randomly in different times, around 2-3 times per day) while other third-partner PROFIsafe devices (ABB FPNO) never had such kind of issue. Then I need to reintegrate de F-IOs in the program related to SIMOCODES and reset. I have been trying different approaches unsuccesfully:
- Increasing F_WD_TIME: trial with increasing times and now with 2400ms, SIMOCODES still tripping. Meanwhile ABB FPNO with F_WD_TIME 800ms never trips... And they are all in same network, same switch, same AS...
- Different SIMOCODE PRO V firmwares.

I checked on the available SIEMENS spreadsheet "s7safety_rtt_en.xls" for calculating minimum F-Monitoring times and with my setup the theoretical time is 1490ms (as per attached picture)…

My setup is:
- PCS7 V10 UC2 [F-SYSTEMS V6.4, STEP7 V5.7 + SP2 + HF2]
- AS 410-5H FW V8.2.3
- SIMOCODE PRO V E20 FW V3.0

My network settings are:
- Send clock: 1ms
- Update time: 64ms
- Profinet Watchdog Time: 640ms
- F_WD_Time: 2400ms

My safety program info:
- F-Program is in OB34 (200ms)
- CPU Scan Time: shortest 3ms, last (normally ~70ms), Longest (200ms)
- CPU Memory: RAM 17% used, Work Memory Code 22%, Work Memory Data 13%

What can be the root cause of this problem? Any suggestions?

Please note: This firmware update for SIMOCODE pro V PN devices may only be used for devices *E20*/V3.0!

• FW update to V3.0.2 is recommended for all PROFINET devices from version V3.0.0
• When using SIMOCODE pro V PN V3.0 basic unit in combination with DM-F PROFIsafe modules this update is mandatory.
• The update is also mandatory for basic units SIMOCODE pro V PN V3.0 when using basic type 3 for transfer of cyclic data to process image of inputs/outputs when engineering with integrated device description in TIA-Portal (not when using *.gsdml)
