The forum constantly redirects, often resulting in errors. 

This seems to be a reoccuring issue we thought we had solved already, but there have been a few reports about it in the last weeks. We are currently investigating the issue and hope to rule it out quickly.

Hi,

Is there a reason when you enter a "classic" URL from address bar/history you will first redirect to the Sieportal forum first on which there you have the ability to swap back to the classic forum. You can not get to classic from directly by URL. I can not get my head around this why you want that beside forcing the user to use Siepartel. Sieportal is in my opinion slow (the Siemens site in general is already slow) and I'm prevent using Sieportal as much as I can. I've seen some times the Sieportal site isn't loading thus I can not access the classic form which is working just fine.

Oh. I also have a login prompt screen every time after the session is timed out. I am prompted to  login to view on ANY Sieportal site or forum. In my case i have to delete any Siemens cookies before i can use the Siemens support site again without that login prompt showing.

In my opinion, Siemens want to force users to use the new forum.

So that the users (as always in recent years) are beta testers.

The progress is going like that. As many people shows the deffects as many more people working to fix that. The target is to have perfect … car…. But it is not like that in real life - 500SEC is preffered compared with EQS.

Just go back to the good old WORKING classic forum ASAP please. This sieportal is useless and at this point even the classic forum gives Bad gateway errors all the time.
