Changed the CMOS battery which messed up the BIOS/RTC and RAID settings. Any way to backup on newer models without messing it up or a way to backup and restore.

SIMATIC IPC547E - user guide just says this:

The configuration data of the device are deleted when the battery is replaced. Note the current BIOS setup settings.”

and 

The location of the backup battery on the motherboard and the procedure for replacing it are described in the manual of the motherboard on the supplied "Documentation and Drivers" DVD.

Even the user guide says read another guide which I don't have and Siemen support said it should have come with the PC which has been years ago. I don't think the previous IT guy even kept it.
