Configuration Station IE General is showing me STOP mode

Przemyslaw Posts: 10 Rating: (0)	HI J_Bell I have problem with the Configuration station. In the Configuration Station IE General is showing me STOP mode. And in diagnostig tag is information about that component index 1 couldn't convert an SDB. Do You know what mean that ? Maybe do You have a instruction how to configurate step by step OPC server with Ethernet card(adapter ) ? I have noticed that a lot of people have the same problem. At the moment I have difficulties imagine that this is the "real" reason for your problem. You may export the diagnostics buffer completely too... so we canread also historical changes. By the way... did you configure the MAC Addressof your NIC too? Best regards J_Bell

Could this be? Download the condfiguration once again and verify that the HW Config is identical to the settings of the IE General. Sometimes, a reboot also helps solving such behaviours - as a german Sprichwort says: "Reboot tut gut" ("Reboot helps") :D

Przemyslaw Posts: 10 Rating: (0)	Hi sorry for delay. I have checked the configuration in HWconf. I have download the software to PLC and reboot the computer. After reboot, I have upload the HWconf. to the Station Configuration Editor, then I sow two green ticks. :) Reboot again. Open the Configuration Console and check Module->(your network card) -> General do You have the same configuration like in Station Configuration Editor. Go to Access Point tag and check that You network card has been assigned to access point if not right click on the access point and chose the right network card. Reboot ( if You change something) Open the OPC Scout and start configuration in the OPC Scout. If You need further information let me know. Regards Przemyslaw
