I made ful working one mixin valve 0-10V with PI, the temperature sensor on puffer calculate the temperature and with a setup request temperature the PI open and close the mixin valve correct till the desidered temperature.

Now I have a request to use the OLD mixing valve controlled by Q1 and Q2 output to Open and Close the valve to get the desidered temperature.

Someone can help me with one example how to make a PI step Open and step Close the valbe by using the Q1 and Q2?

Or better example with 0-10V analog OUT + Q1+Q2 control mode, so then I can chose with one I have to use on a new project.

Is the analog output "05" of your mixer available to you as a position indicator ? If so, you'll need two comparators in your program, each controlling one direction of rotation of the drive motor.

If not, and you don't have separate limit switches, you can indirectly determine the end position using a current monitoring relay and the current direction of rotation. However, I would then not use a time reference, but rather count cycle pulses.

I'm also a Sauter Novapro programmer, I gave a look on some different Sauter project and they use only 2 DO relay for open/close the valve, without use a limiter.

I read again the valve manual and they have already the start/stop position incorporated:

On PDF:In the end positions (valve limit stop or when the maximum stroke is reached) or upon overload, the
electronic motor cut-off (no limit switch) responds and turns off the motor.Connection as 3-point valve actuator (24 V or 230 V)
If voltage is applied to terminals MM or N and 01 (or 02), the valve can be moved to any desired posi-
tion.
If voltage is applied to terminal MM or N and 01, the actuator spindle extends.
If the electrical circuit is closed via terminal MM or N and 02, the actuator spindle retracts.
If there is no voltage on terminals 01 and 02, the actuator remains in the respective position until volt-
age is applied again.

So.. I think is enough the example that Quirin sent, need only to deleting the start/end point inputs and is ready to use.
