Add distributed rack to S7-1200 CPU

fritz Diamond Member Joined: 10/7/2005 Last visit: 12/19/2025 Posts: 3052 Rating: (1062)	Hello mohamed ibrahim S7-1200's do (currently) NOT support the use of Profibus or Profinet based distributed I/O's. The release of a Profibus DP Master comms module as well as adding Profinet I/O controller functionality to the onboard Ethernet port is however meant to take place towards the end of 2010. I hope this helps
