Hello, a bit more information. G120 PM240: A braking resistor is needed. The standard braking resistor does have a load cycle of 5%. The integrated chopper can handle the rated output current of the inverter. If you have a higer load cycle, you have to calculate the correct resistor, e.g. 20% load cycel.
