If you want to protect only some charts of FM program, I think the best way is to create user library (make your own blocks from standard blocks), but it is not so easy to work with such blocks in online mode.Or you may use D7-FB-Gen to create your own library. There is also application Simatic Logon, which provides access protection for Simatic applications, butI don't knowcan it protect some chart or only whole chart folder or the full project.
