Starter V4.1 SP3 problem with help files

masval Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	I am fairly new to the Sinamics family, so I apologise in advance if this is a tiring question. I have a Sinamics G120 inverter and I installed STARTER V4.1 SP2 with which I had problems uploading/downloading parameters from/to the inverter. Then I installed the most up to date version of STARTER (V4.1 SP3), and it works just fine except I can't open any help files. Any help on this issue, would be appreciated.. I am using Windows XP and it is updated daily

gregbnj Posts: 1 Rating: (0)	Did you try this: Edit Registry: [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\HTMLHelp\1.x\ItssRestrictions] "MaxAllowedZone"=dword:0000000x Change x to 3 I had to actualy add above key as I did not have it in my reg. It works fine.
