Hello azad_dsc hard to say what exactly the problem is, but here are a fewthings I can think of to check: 1.) Is there a DB1 in your CPU? If so you must enter the start address of your DI card to it (2 in your case). Note that DB1 (I/O and IPC flags address list DB) is optional in single Processor mode and mandatory to have in Multi CPU mode. 2.) Have you supplied the "enable" inputs of your DI card with 24 V?(Pin 1 needs +24V, Pin 2 needs to be connected to 0V for a 6es5 430 4ua12) 3.) Have you supplied power to your DI card (Pin 3 needs +24V, Pin 21 & 41 need to be connected to 0Vfor a 6es5 430 4ua12) 4.) Did you plug in the card in with power off on the rack and started your S5 CPU with a COLD restart? 5.) Could the DI card be faulty? I hope this helps |
