CP-1413 and CP-443-1

Before I forgot to say it, please use the right cable where you can use a crosscable with on one side a 15p D-plug and on the otherside a RJ45 plug...

For the CP1413 is an older windows necessary, see the document that I attachet.

You need then also older NET-Software, there could be a problem because the CP1413 is only working under Windows NT4 SP6a.

The software for the CP1413 is discontinued somewhere in 2004, see the link:

I can try to help you about the wiring. The Connector you talk about is an AUI Connector. The wiring for this connector can be found in the Internet because it is part of the IEEE 802.3 Standard.

What I recommend, if you do not have a Hub or a Switch in between the two to use a so called Plug on Transceiver. This device provides on the secondary side usually a RJ45 Connector. This would than be easily connectable to a CP 443-1 with its RJ 45 Connector. This would require only a Cross over Cable, standard version.
