GSD-file installation problem

Hi Guys,

My customer has Step 7 v5.3 SP3 and he wants to install gsd file which is attached to this message. While installation error occurs as in attached file also, the suggested log file is also attached.

Before that we have asked technical support for the compatibility check, and it was claimed to be compatible.

So do You know what the problem may be?
