At the address 68 is an analog level sensor (the problem still appears even the sensor is disconnected from the analog input). Can you help me please?

This don't have anything with the sensor but with the module itself. Check power supply of the module, conections between the module and the CPU. Is there mechanical vibration in your installation?

automitch Posts: 12 Rating: (0)	The power supply of the analog inout card seems to be ok and the connection with the cpu either. There is no mechanical vibration! Another message in diagnostic buffer that i forgot to show you is that the cpu in hardware configuration does not match with the real harware! Of course i have choose the right one!!!!! I cant understand what is going wrong! I have already unchecked all the diagnostics in hardware configuration and i am still testing it.

automitch Posts: 12 Rating: (0)	Hello Pegaia the problem still exists. every 15 days the plc goes to fault with the diagnostic errors that i have already mention. Is there anything that i can do to remove permanently the faulty condition?

I suggest you use it to capture your errors which would otherwise fault out the processor. You can then save them to a fault buffer for display, take appropriate actions to shutdown or halt running systems, etc. That is much better than faulting to STOP. It may also help you find the source of the problem. My best guess without knowing your configuration is an external I/O or comm module isn't connected properly and works loose. Once it faults, the electrical surge of all the devices turning off restores that connection so the system restarts just fine. I would remove all the PLC componenets, inspect for damage, and reconnect the connectors, and install the entire system to the DIN rail as a unit, then reconnect the terminalsto the modules. In this way, you can be morecertain of those inter-module connections. /tf/WW/en/Posts/34983#top
