Please help us. thanks Hi, You can connect A+ signal of the encoder & 0 volt of the encoder in the CRO ( Cathode ray oscilloscope ) and rotate the shaft , you can see the sin wave form in CRO .For every pulse sinwave will be 1 volt peak to peak If not there is a problem in encoder.Like wise you have check for B+ & R+ signal's of the encoder.
