No Log Name in DataMonitor

SpKV Posts: 139 Rating: (1)	Hello, all. I've configurated DataMonitor Server and it work fine. But I don't understand why there is no log name? (see NoLogName.jpg in attachment archive). However, I see from documentation that it must be (see InHelp.jpg in attachment). Somebody know why? Best regards, SpKV. Attachment LogName.zip (51 Downloads)

efka Posts: 799 Rating: (43)	Dear SpKV, I made the experience, that the user name is only shown, when the user you are logged in with is created in WinCC user administrator. The DataMonitor provides the opportunity that you can log in with Windows users. When I log in with Windows user (which is not created in WinCC User Administrator) I also get no username in DataMonitor. Is that the situation in your case? Maybe you can check this. I think this is a normal system behaviour of DataMonitor, because you can see the User in Windows, when you log in with Windows user. best regards
