Hello, It's my first message. So i'd like to say hello to everybody at first :) Now why I made this new topic - last week I was making a communication from CP-343-1 to a CPU-315-2PN/DP. At first the idea was to make it via Profinet. I've added a Ethernet connection in Step7, connected it to the 343-1 and used a PNIO-SEND and RECV blocks. When I tried to add a PN-IO system in HW config, I'd browse through other CPs (343-1 lean etc.), unfortunately could not insert a CPU. I though maybe i just don't know enough, but the other guy from the CPU also didn't have a clue how to make it. We stuck in the same point. Ok - if we don't know how to make PNIO system, them use simple PUT/GET. So I've added those blocks from Simatic Net library (thus i use CP-343-1), made blocks etc like in a exercise: https://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/llisapi.dll/22548794?func=ll&objId=22548794&objAction=csView&lang=en&siteid=cseus&aktprim=0&extranet=standard&viewreg=WW&load=treecontent#A18668273 Of course I made a S7 connection etc. I also read the article about cyclic data exchange using PUT/GET when need of more than 160 bytes to send or receive. Well, my CP and the other CPU were connected via simple Ethernet switch - it was ok, because after configuration of my PLC I could chage/PG via it, also after I've added the other CPU (without the original program downloaded into it - only the CPU) and set the correct IP - in online mode I could browse through the data downloaded into it by the other guy. Seemed OK - the conn is set ... unfortunately PUT/GET did not work. The error code was 19 i think. I've tried to GET the desired DB from him - without success, the same when he tried to PUT sth into my CPU. Really using the cmds seems user-friendly, especially with the exercise. What i suggest is I made sth wrong with the CP 343-1: When I turn off the CPU power and restore it, CPU gets into run mode and ok. But the CP ain't. It goes into stop mode - trying to run but can't - and SF LED lighting. Same when i make database modification. Attached you find print screens of online properties of the module and data from diag. buffer. But then I make it into RUN from Special diagnose options (like in the PDF file) - it starts up and the SF ain't lighting. I really dunno what might cause the problem, but seems the s7-conn is not launching. If you could help me with this problem it would be great. I used the 2.2 firmware, but also tried with 2.0. The older one is, i think, better in customizing the CP, but after installing it i did not seen the ports of the CPU in the HW config. Well - if you know what I made wrong - thank you in advance for your help, time and support. Regards, Matey AttachmentCP343.pdf (331 Downloads) |

Hello Matey, First of all, welcome Perhaps these links might help: Wizard for creating connection data for open TCP/IP communication (Open Communication Wizard). how do you program the communication blocks FB63 "TSEND", FB64 "TRECV", FB65 "TCON and FB66 "TDISCON" in order to use the ISO-on-TCP protocol for data exchange by way of the integrated PROFINET interface of a CPU or by way of the CP443-1 Advanced? Dear Matey, Have you seen these links: how do you program communication blocks FB14 "GET" and FB15 "PUT" for data exchange in the S7 program of an S7-300 CPU? Sample Program: S7 Communication with blocks FB14 ("GET") und FB15 ("PUT") of the CPU 317-2PN/DP Best regards, Wizard |
