Import-User-1 Posts: 3609 Rating: (29)	We have an install problem with Step7 V5.3. I don't install the Step7 in my computer. I removed all Windows Xp patchfixs and Security updates, and then ýnstalled the step7. When Windows update install this patch again, i don't install step7 and SIMATIC_S7_STEP7_V53_SP2. When I run the setup file, 'Please restart the Windows before installing new programs' message pictured. I don't know which hotfixs occur this problem. Could you help me please?

Import-User-1 Posts: 3609 Rating: (29)	I downloaded the SIMATIC_S7_STEP7_V53_SP2 by internet in the site. Howewer, When the SP2 setup start and then extrating file session is completed, the same message repeating again.

Then installation went smoothly. It is under: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SYSTEM/CurrentControlSet/Control/SessionManager Delete file: PendingFileRenameOperations I hope it will work for you too, Kolma
