Starter, help does not show detail info.

MyoThant.Aung Posts: 10 Rating: (0)	Hi, I have problem with Starter which is installed in my laptop. When I want to use for help, those help detail are not appear. Only can see help topic at left window. It is very critical when I want to see information of parameters, alarm.....etc could not get help. ChristophD Grandmaster-Expert Joined: 5/12/2006 Last visit: 11/11/2024 Posts: 22444 Rating: (3029)	Hello, The Starter download from the Siemens web site consists of three large zip files. http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/26233208 Examine the properties of each zip file (right mouse click on the file and select properties). Check the "Security" message at the bottom of the Properties screen. If the file is blocked, a Security message will indicate the file might be blocked. If the file is not blocked, the Security message is absent. If the file is blocked, click on the Unblock Button for the file. The current Starter will need to be uninstalled. When all three zip files are unblocked, expand each file and reinstall Starter. Regards Christoph
