Dear Sir/Madam , We are a leading system integrator company in the middle east region , we have supplied siemens system as an automation solution for gathering the data from 100 remote station send the data and alarms into a SCADA server . The network architecture is as the following: Each remote station has MD720-3 GPRS modem connected to CPU 1200 series , all collected data to be sent to the SCADA server through MPLS (DSL line ) ,which is connected to the sinaut micro sc and then Wincc . We are in the commissioning phase right now and we are facing some problems , we have some specific questions about the connectivity between sinaut micro sc and sinaut MD720-3 and wincc as well. Supported by some snapshots ken and sent along with this mail in the attachments. Queries : 1- for many stations the status indication of the sinaut micro sc shows, that the connection between siaut micro sc and sinaut MD720-3 is established, but the PLC is not reachable . in this case we can't get the alarm from theses stations. 2-for some stations the sinaut micro sc shows, that the connection between siaut micro sc and sinaut MD720-3 is not established although that LED "C" is ON . not to mention that we've read the data sheets carefully and i did not find a rational solution for my problem ,since it's mentioned that the serial cable may affect or the station number is not corrcet,... 3- A WinCC software license message keeps coming during run time (i'm sending a snapshot for that message and for the installed licenses in the attachments) Attachmentto siemens.zip (33 Downloads) |
