Hello msarapong the 6ES7374-2XH01-0AA0 is a Simulator module and you will NOT find a GSD file it as it isnot a Profibus DP Slave by itself, but simply a Signal module for an S7-300 and/or ET200M Profibus DP Slave station. Have a look at the Hardware update for 6ES7374-2XH01-0AA0 simulator module thread to find out how to configure and use it, should that be the information you are actually after.
