Hello soussia, It is not possible to download Service Pack 3 for WinCC flexible 2008. See also this link: Delivery release Service Pack 3 for SIMATIC WinCC flexible 2008 ********** Due to the statutory regulations for export control we are no longer able to provide the service packs for downloading in the Service&Support Portal.
