Hello Sr. Gordo; Phoenix Contacts has a large amount of information on the Interbius master for theS7-300 family. Look specially at this FAQ, and itsanswer: Integrating the IBS S7 300 BC-T controller board and the IBS CMD software into SIMATIC STEP7 programming software. The controller board is included in S7 as a standard SIMATIC component "FM 353 F.STEPPER MOTOR". So your surprise is understandable, but the project you have in hand should be correct for your network application.
